These Terms govern your use of the PitchKeys Android app
(com.pitchkeys.app, “the App”). By installing or using the App you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on
devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
3. Your content and responsibilities
PitchKeys processes videos you choose, on your device. You are responsible for the
content you import and the videos you create and share. You must have the necessary
rights to any clip you use (for example, you may not have the right to redistribute copyrighted
music, TV, or idol footage). Do not use the App to create or share content that is unlawful,
infringing, harassing, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We do not review or store
your videos.
4. PRO subscription & billing
The App is free to use. An optional PRO subscription unlocks additional
features (such as removing the watermark, extra sound packs and keyboard themes, note-name and
result overlays, and a longer clip length). PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:
Price: the price shown in the App at purchase (standing price
KRW 2,900 / month · KRW 19,900 / year in Korea; USD 2.99 / month · USD 19.99 / year, with
local currency and any promotion shown by Google Play).
Payment & renewal: billed through your Google Play account. The
subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions.
Canceling stops future renewals; you keep PRO until the end of the period you already paid
for.
Refunds: handled by Google Play under its policies and your local
consumer-protection rights. We are not the payment processor and do not separately charge
you.
Subscriptions are single-tier: all current and future PRO features are included
at no extra charge — there is no higher paid tier.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the App’s licensing or PRO gating;
don’t use the App to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
6. Our intellectual property
The App, its name, design, and bundled assets are owned by us or our licensors. Bundled
instrument samples are used under their respective licenses (for example, the piano timbre is
derived from a CC-BY source; attribution is shown in the App’s credits). These Terms grant you
no rights in our trademarks.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent
permitted by law. Pitch detection and audio results are automated and may be imperfect. We do
not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App. Nothing
in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your
mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by an
updated “Effective” date and, where appropriate, an in-app or store notice. Continued use after
a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory
consumer protections of your country of residence.
본 약관은 PitchKeys Android 앱(com.pitchkeys.app, 이하 “앱”) 이용에
적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을
사용하지 마십시오.
2. 사용 라이선스
당사는 본 약관 및 Google Play 약관에 따라, 사용자가 소유·관리하는 기기에서 개인적 용도로 앱을
사용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도불가·철회가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
3. 사용자 콘텐츠와 책임
PitchKeys는 사용자가 고른 영상을 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 가져온 콘텐츠와 직접 만들어
공유하는 영상에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용하는 클립에 대해 필요한 권리를
보유해야 합니다(예: 저작권이 있는 음악·방송·아이돌 영상을 재배포할 권리가 없을 수 있습니다).
위법·침해·괴롭힘 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 만들거나 공유하는 데 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.
당사는 사용자의 영상을 검토하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
4. PRO 구독 및 결제
앱은 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 선택적 PRO 구독은 추가 기능(워터마크 제거,
추가 사운드팩·건반 테마, 음이름·결과 표기, 더 긴 구간 길이 등)을 잠금 해제합니다. PRO는 자동
갱신 구독으로 제공됩니다.
가격: 구매 시 앱에 표시되는 가격(국내 정가 월 ₩2,900 · 연 ₩19,900,
해외 월 $2.99 · 연 $19.99이며 Google Play가 현지 통화 및 프로모션을 표시).
결제·갱신: Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다. 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지
해지하지 않으면 같은 기간으로 자동 갱신됩니다.
해지: Google Play → 정기 결제에서 언제든 관리·해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면
이후 갱신이 중단되며, 이미 결제한 기간 종료까지는 PRO가 유지됩니다.
환불: Google Play 정책과 거주지의 소비자 보호 규정에 따라 Google이
처리합니다. 당사는 결제 처리자가 아니며 별도로 청구하지 않습니다.
구독은 단일 티어입니다. 현재와 미래의 모든 PRO 기능이 추가 요금 없이 포함되며,
더 비싼 상위 티어는 없습니다.
5. 금지 행위
앱의 라이선스 또는 PRO 잠금을 역설계·변조·우회하려 하지 마십시오. 위법 행위나 타인의 권리
침해를 위해 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.
6. 지식재산권
앱과 그 명칭·디자인·번들 자산은 당사 또는 라이선서에게 귀속됩니다. 번들된 악기 샘플은 각
라이선스에 따라 사용됩니다(예: 피아노 음색은 CC-BY 출처 기반이며 앱 크레딧에 출처를 표기).
본 약관은 당사 상표에 대한 어떠한 권리도 부여하지 않습니다.
7. 보증의 부인
앱은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 어떠한 보증도 없이 “있는 그대로”, “이용 가능한 상태로”
제공됩니다. 음정 검출 및 오디오 결과는 자동화된 것으로 완벽하지 않을 수 있습니다. 앱이 중단 없이
또는 오류 없이 작동함을 보증하지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 앱 사용으로 발생하는 간접·부수·결과적 손해 또는 데이터·콘텐츠
손실에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다. 본 약관의 어떤 내용도 강행 법규로 제한할 수 없는 책임
(강행적 소비자 권리 포함)을 제한하지 않습니다.
9. 변경
당사는 앱과 본 약관을 갱신할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 “시행일” 갱신과 함께 필요한 경우 앱
또는 스토어 고지로 반영합니다. 변경 후 계속 사용하면 갱신된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
10. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하되, 거주 국가의 강행적 소비자 보호를 침해하지
않습니다.
