The short version: PitchKeys turns a video clip you choose into a
piano-overlay short. The clip, the audio analysis, the mix, and the exported video are all
processed on your device — your videos are never uploaded to us or anyone
else. The app collects no analytics and shows no ads. The only information that leaves your
device is what Google Play and RevenueCat need to run the optional PRO subscription.
1. Who we are
PitchKeys (“we”, “us”) is the developer of the PitchKeys Android app
(com.pitchkeys.app). Contact:

2. Your videos stay on your device
When you select a video, PitchKeys reads it locally to detect pitch, generate the piano
sound, and render the overlay video. All of this runs on your device. We do not upload, store,
or transmit your videos, audio, or the videos you export. Exported videos are saved to your
own device gallery (the Movies/PitchKeys folder), under your
control.
3. Information we do not collect
No account or login — we don’t ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the app.
No analytics or tracking SDKs, and no advertising.
No access to your contacts, location, microphone, or camera.
4. Subscription information (PRO)
PitchKeys offers an optional paid PRO subscription. Payments are processed by
Google Play Billing (Google is the seller of record), and subscription status
is managed through RevenueCat, which validates and tracks entitlements so the
app knows whether you are PRO. To do this, RevenueCat receives an app-generated anonymous
identifier and purchase/transaction details (such as the product purchased, purchase and
renewal dates, and basic device/platform information). We do not receive your card number or
payment credentials — those are handled entirely by Google Play. If you never subscribe, none
of this applies.
RevenueCat acts as our data processor for subscription management. See

they handle this data.
5. Device permissions
Photos/Videos (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, or storage read on older Android) — to
let you pick the clip you want to convert. Used only when you choose a video.
Modify audio settings — to briefly lower other audio while you preview a
result inside the app.
Network access is provided by the billing/subscription SDK only; the app has no
INTERNET permission of its own for handling your media.
6. Children
PitchKeys is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the
equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children.
7. Data retention & deletion
Working files (decoded audio, the mixed preview) live in the app’s temporary cache and are
replaced or cleared as you use the app; you can also clear them from Android’s app storage
settings. Exported videos remain in your gallery until you delete them. To delete subscription
records held by RevenueCat/Google, or for any privacy request, email us at the address below.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or Korea’s PIPA), you may have the right to
access, correct, or delete your data and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact
us. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory
consumer protections in your country of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will update the “Effective” date above and,
for material changes, surface a notice in the app or store listing.

3. 수집하지 않는 정보
계정·로그인 없음 — 앱 사용을 위해 이름·이메일·전화번호를 요구하지 않습니다.
분석/추적 SDK 및 광고 없음.
연락처·위치·마이크·카메라에 접근하지 않습니다.
4. 구독 정보(PRO)
PitchKeys는 선택적 유료 PRO 구독을 제공합니다. 결제는 Google Play 결제가
처리하며(판매자는 Google), 구독 상태는 RevenueCat이 관리해 앱이 PRO 여부를
확인합니다. 이를 위해 RevenueCat은 앱이 생성한 익명 식별자와 구매/거래 정보(구매한 상품, 구매 및
갱신 일자, 기본 기기/플랫폼 정보 등)를 받습니다. 당사는 카드번호나 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않으며
이는 전적으로 Google Play가 처리합니다. 구독하지 않으면 위 내용은 적용되지 않습니다.

5. 기기 권한
사진/동영상(READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, 구형 안드로이드는 저장소 읽기) — 변환할
클립을 직접 고를 수 있도록 사용하며, 영상을 선택할 때만 쓰입니다.
오디오 설정 변경 — 앱 안에서 결과를 미리 듣는 동안 다른 소리를 잠시
줄이기 위해 사용합니다.
네트워크 접근은 결제/구독 SDK에 의해서만 제공되며, 앱 자체는 미디어 처리를 위한
인터넷 권한을 선언하지 않습니다.
6. 아동
PitchKeys는 일반 이용자 대상 앱으로, 만 14세 미만(또는 거주 국가의 최소 연령) 아동을 대상으로
하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 보관 및 삭제
작업 파일(디코딩된 오디오, 믹스 미리보기)은 앱 임시 캐시에 저장되며 사용 중 교체·삭제됩니다.
안드로이드 앱 저장소 설정에서 직접 지울 수도 있습니다. 내보낸 영상은 사용자가 삭제할 때까지
갤러리에 남습니다. RevenueCat/Google이 보관하는 구독 기록의 삭제나 기타 개인정보 요청은 아래
이메일로 연락해 주세요.
8. 이용자의 권리
거주 지역(예: GDPR, 대한민국 개인정보보호법)에 따라 열람·정정·삭제 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수
있습니다. 권리 행사는 아래 연락처로 요청하세요. 본 방침은 대한민국 법률을 따르되, 거주 국가의
강행적 소비자 보호 규정을 침해하지 않습니다.
9. 방침 변경
앱 변경에 따라 본 방침을 갱신할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 위 “시행일”을 갱신하며, 중요한 변경은 앱
또는 스토어 등재 정보에 고지합니다.
